Systems Engineering team
and play a critical role in defining the
next generation of secure space communication systems
for the U.S. Space Force. This position supports
Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I)
activities for the
Space Systems Command (SSC) , delivering
protected, survivable global communications
to the nation's warfighters. In this role, you will manage and integrate
program schedules across space and ground systems , ensuring program milestones are achieved on time. You will collaborate closely with IPTs, contractors, government partners, and senior leadership in a
fast-paced, highly technical environment . RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain the
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) , consolidating inputs from multiple teams and subcontractors. Analyze program health, maintain critical path schedules, and produce summary-level one-pagers. Lead monthly
schedule reviews and customer briefings
for executive and government stakeholders. Deliver IMS and documentation through the
IPMR process
(DI-MGMT-81661). Conduct schedule risk assessments (SRA) and integrate subcontractor schedules. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain
DoD Secret clearance . 10+ years of
program scheduling experience . Proficiency in
Microsoft Project, Full Monte, and Milestones Professional . Knowledge of
DCMA 32 guidelines
and scheduling best practices. Strong background in schedule integration, critical path management, and risk analysis. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Bachelor's degree. PMI-SP or PMP certification
(or eligibility to pursue). Aerospace/defense industry experience, preferably in
DoD space programs or SE&I environments .
