The Pricing & Deal Desk Analyst supports sales teams by developing and enacting pricing strategies, analyzing customer data, and ensuring accuracy in financial and legal aspects of deals. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to optimize pricing and deal execution. Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration 1-2 years of experience with deal structuring/quoting complex SaaS transactions for a fast-growing multinational organization Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite Accuracy and attention to detail; the numbers sent to sales teams affect revenues and must be reviewed carefully Sense of urgency; ability to respond promptly to sales requests Strong written and verbal communication; able to present findings through reports and presentations Team collaboration; work with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to determine and set prices and assist with deals Problem-solving skills; devise solutions to drive profitability and support revenue and market share goals Analytical thinking; examine data from various sources to guide deal types Responsibilities
Work with sales teams to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies Analyze customer data to determine prices based on internal pricing models Ensure key financial metrics are met for each potential deal Review and approve necessary legal language for certain deals Develop and implement improvements to internal processes Coordinate with multiple departments to manage the deal process Review and approve deals for financial and technical accuracy Provide general pricing, reporting, and commission support to sales teams Varonis is an equal opportunity employer.
