The Talent Acquisition team shapes Relativitys growth. Youll partner closely with hiring managers to understand gaps and design hiring strategies, build scalable interview frameworks, and create a candidate experience that reflects our values. The University Recruiting team focuses on full lifecycle university recruiting with a focus on intern programming and partnerships with universities and student groups. About the Role

Were seeking a contract Senior University Recruiter to lead our early talent strategy from best-in-class intern programs to meaningful long-term university partnerships. Youll own the full lifecycle for intern and new graduate hiring across multiple disciplines and play a key role in driving Relativitys future workforce. This role requires experience leading high-volume, year-round university recruiting programs (100+ interns/year) in a fast-changing, high-growth environment. Youll partner with engineering and business leaders, career centers, and student organizations to bring structure and insight to the program. In partnership with the University Team you will: Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for interns and new gradsfrom sourcing to interviews, offers, and conversion. Manage the end-to-end intern experience including onboarding, programming, mid-term check-ins, final reviews, and exit interviews. Build strong partnerships with career centers, professors, and student groups; plan and execute recruiting events and outreach strategies. Use data and feedback to improve our funnel, streamline operations, and help shape an inclusive, equitable process. Collaborate with our employer branding team to strengthen our presence on campus and bring Relativitys mission to life for students. Travel to campuses and events throughout the year, with a heavy fall season.

Onsite requirements:

This is an onsite role. You can expect to work onsite five days a week at Relativitys Long Beach Headquarters or Cape Canaveral site to support interviews, onsite team meetings, and hiring manager discussions. About You

5+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience at a fast-growing company with a robust internship program (100+ interns/year). Proven success running internship and new grad programs with high conversion and strong candidate experience. Experience building partnerships with university stakeholders (career centers, faculty, student groups). Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in a rapidly changing environment. Confident, collaborative communicator who can influence at all levels. Commitment to equitable hiring and inclusive candidate experiences. Willing and able to travel frequently during peak recruiting season.

Nice to have

Industry experience in tech, aerospace, engineering, or similar. Familiarity with Greenhouse, RippleMatch, Yello or similar tools. Strong data fluencytracking pipeline metrics, DEI outcomes, and ROI on events.

Requirements and Compliance

Successful candidates must clear a background check administered by the US government to obtain clearance for on-site work at a government partner location in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Compensation and Benefits

Relativity Space is committed to transparent compensation practices. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Compensation is one part of total rewards, which include competitive salary and equity, generous PTO and sick leave, parental leave, an annual learning and development stipend, and more.
