Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070 The position is 3-month duration, with the opportunity to extend.

What youll Do

This is a hybrid role that blends full-cycle corporate recruiting responsibilities, and ability to support the University Recruiting Process, to support high-impact moments across talent acquisition. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves coordination, communication, and administrative tasks to attract, engage, and onboard top talent. Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring team and candidates. Track candidate progress through the recruitment process. Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and target profiles. Prepare onboarding materials. Assist with data analysis and reporting on Corporate and university recruiting metrics. Managing logistics for interviews Support full-cycle recruitment, including application review, phone screening, and coordinating pre-employment steps Assist with University coordination, and engagement initiatives Plan and support high impact events from career fairs to large-scale intern celebrations Develop and maintain recruitment materials.

What we look for

Assist with other recruiting initiatives and projects as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders Have sourced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated Enthusiasm for recruiting, and building relationships with candidate, business leaders, students and faculty. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT,) Other responsibilities and projects assigned.

Qualities that Stir our Souls (and make you stand out)

1-2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a corporate or Emerging talent setting. Experience in Canva Proficient in Workday
