Requirements: #Role Summary

*In this role, you will support production operations by moving, tracking, and monitoring materials to ensure an efficient workflow. You will assist with inventory control, resolve discrepancies, and update systems to maintain accurate parts availability. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

#Education & Job Requirements

* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

* Must have a minimum of 1 or more years of related work experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate's degree).

* Must have a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.

* Must have strong attention to detail, compliance with standards, teamwork, and customer service skills.

#Job Duties/Functions

* Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

* Assist with the processing and movement of production and materials into and out of storage, production, and other areas to support production flow.

* Monitor work in process and post updates to automated systems to ensure accurate parts availability.

* Identify and resolve problems or discrepancies with parts and materials following established procedures.

* Collaborate with team members to expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.

* Communicate parts and materials status through automated systems and manual reports.

* Coordinate with multiple functions to set priorities, expedite, and complete production tasks.

* Work under both general and close supervision.

#Physical Requirements

* Ability to operate a forklift.

* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

* Ability to regularly stand, walk, and occasionally climb stairs throughout the day.
