What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will include a variety of hands-on tasks that support the production process, such as: Preparing and cleaning parts for assembly or shipment Operating basic tools and equipment to assist in manufacturing Inspecting materials for quality and accuracy Organizing and packaging components Following safety and production guidelines to keep operations running smoothly Mechanical Tasks You'll Be Comfortable With
Using hand tools like mallets, wrenches, and air guns Cleaning and prepping metal components Performing basic maintenance and part handling Working with industrial cleaning and rust-prevention processes What You Bring
Basic mechanical experience or comfort working with tools High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Capability to lift up to 35 lbs Experience with blueprint reading and measuring tools is a plus Why People Stay
