Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more. Whether it's providing personalized product recommendations or sharing your knowledge and expertise, you have the power to create a unique and memorable experience for every shopper. For our Seasonal Ambassadors, it's not just about selling soap it's about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time! Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Experience:

Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of results and contribute to the store's overall performance. Customer Experience:

Deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Listen, ask open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to brighten customers' days. Building the Brand:

Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement. Product Passion:

Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products. Team Involvement

Development:

Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and seek feedback and opportunities for improvement. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):

Foster open communication, listen to team perspectives, promote collaboration, and value each employee's contributions. Operational Excellence

Time and Attendance:

Be punctual and reliable, participate in teamwork, and stay informed about company updates. Visuals and Merchandising:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. Stock and Inventory:

Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines and adjust displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures:

Adhere to opening/closing procedures, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards. Qualifications

Required:

Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred:

Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team Experience in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Pay: $14.50 USD Best of luck on your job search, and don't forget to follow us to learn more!
