What Youll Do Hunt for opportunities prospect, network, and connect with business owners in need of expert real estate guidance. Advise as a strategist help clients navigate site selection, lease negotiations, and renewals with confidence. Collaborate with the team leverage Whiteboxs resources, market intel, and national reach to deliver results. Learn and grow master market trends, deal structures, and negotiation tactics through hands-on mentorship. What Were Looking For A self-starter with relentless drive and a figure it out mentality. Coachable eager to learn, open to feedback, and hungry for professional growth. A team player who values collaboration over ego. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree preferred, but attitude, grit, and performance matter most. Sales, business development, or real estate experience is a plus but not required. Well train the right person.
