Youll get hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and all the tools you need to build your book of business in the industrial and office space sectors. What Youll Do Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers Represent tenants in office & industrial leases, relocations, and renewals Conduct market research and analyze property data to support client strategy Tour properties, create presentations, and support proposal development Collaborate with senior brokers and track your leads in our CRM
What You Need
An active Texas real estate license (or plan to obtain one before starting) Strong communication and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset you like building things and solving problems A genuine interest in helping businesses grow through smart real estate moves A bachelors degree in business, finance, or real estate (or a real estate certificate/focus) is strongly preferred No prior commercial real estate experience required well teach you everything
