Principal Full Stack Developer
in our National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). This role focuses on Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management. As a Full Stack Developer on this program, you will build strong systems, software, and cloud environments and provide operations and maintenance for critical systems. You will provide technical expertise in the design, development, implementation and testing of customer tools and applications. Working in a DevOps framework, you will participate in and/or direct major deliverables across the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing. Responsibilities
Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement, using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, Hibernate Develop and direct software system validation and testing methods using JUnit and Katalon Develop and integrate custom software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies, using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence to track activities Develop, prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging infrastructure platform services to meet technical needs of customers Analyze (through proof of concept, performance, and end-to-end testing) and coordinate infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needs Support the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices, coordinating with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure user story alignment and implementation to customer use cases Document and perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across environments using GitFlow and DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix Bash scripting Basic Qualifications
In-depth experience with Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and development practices In-depth experience with Java, Angular, Spring and cloud platforms (C2S) and software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices Experience with software testing tools (e.g., JUnit, Katalon) and scripting languages (Python, Bash) in an Agile environment Experience developing in Commercial Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and leveraging cloud data services (e.g., S3, RDS, EFS) Experience using version control and issue tracking systems Bachelors degree with 12+ years of related experience or Masters with 10+ years of related experience (additional years may be substituted for degree) Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required Preferred Qualifications
Experience with structured analysis and design methodologies Experience working on the customers systems Understanding of the customers system development policies Additional Details
