Analyze airplay, streaming and other data and metrics. Prepare daily reports for the department. Compile assets to create artist event recaps. Prepare and execute artist radio station visits (interviews, performances, etc.). Compile liners and other artist content requests. Cover on-site touring initiatives (meet & greets, etc.) Cover radio events. Manage/distribute concert and event tickets/guestlists. Bring Your Vibe
Experience: 2+ years administrative assistant experience at a record label, talent agency, management company or similar business. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Detail oriented mindset. Proactive and solution focused. Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Travel required.
