Re:Build was founded to pioneer a profitable model for the revitalization of US manufacturing. Weve assembled capabilities and lines of business that enable a wide range of end markets. Our acquired businesses are grounded in build-to-print and by-the-hour engineering and design services, and were leveraging their combined expertise to migrate to increasingly sophisticated program development and production, as well as the generation of our own products. Our capabilities lend themselves to highly complex systems and products, and we offer customers services including product and systems design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and large volume contract manufacturing. Our customers span aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.
About Cadonix
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to be a core builder of our initial AI solutions. Your first responsibility will be to develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for high-impact use cases, such as creating a basic component recommender or a simple step-optimization algorithm. As solutions mature, you will build them into robust, scalable, production-ready AI models. You will work closely with the AI Architect to bring the technical vision to life and lay the groundwork for our future AI-powered products. What you get to do
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for prototypes and production systems. Analyze and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation. Conduct experiments to test and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with the AI Architect, product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our products. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to resolve technical issues. What you bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with data manipulation and scientific computing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. The BIG payoff
