Salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 308 Pay Range: $73,000.00 - $109,400.00 Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Manage new college-specific campaigns and strategies to support college goals Manage new product launch and product redevelopment process Help develop annual college marketing strategy Understand college target forecasts, monthly adjustments, and strategies/tactics for hitting targets Build relationships of trust with college program cluster teams Understand and stay up on external and internal factors influencing college performance Translate college strategy into tactical execution Research new audience targeting, industry publications, industry groups and associations Work closely with the internal and agency creative teams Research strategic program and audience media placements, develop plans and budgets, manage creative requests and production Knowledge, Skill And Abilities
