Overview

seoClarity continues to grow and with the expansion of our enterprise sales team we are adding a Director, Enterprise Sales, to lead and oversee our enterprise B2B sales team. You will leverage your SaaS experience to enhance the vision and lead our sales and go-to-market strategy for enterprise-level sales. Reporting to the COO, this key member of the organization will contribute by leading the sales team to achieve quota and related results consistently to further our rapid growth. You will bring the experience needed to build, lead, and coach the sales team from Sales Development Reps to Senior Sales Executives. You will design the go-to-market strategy, sales stories and pitches, and workflow sales cycle efficiencies for the sales team. You should have experience leading the strategy and execution for a B2B enterprise-class sales team that achieves quota on a consistent basis. Analytical skills and attention to detail are critical in this role.

Role Responsibilities

Creating and executing an outbound led sales strategy for opportunity creation and deal closure.

Crafting sales stories, presentations and talking points for our enterprise-class digital marketing platform.

Identifying strategic approaches to our targeted Account Based Marketing approach.

Managing strategic relationships and key prospect interactions.

Ongoing coaching of sales reps for continuous development.

Establishing goals, quotas and territories for a sales team that aligns with the growth strategy.

Teaming with marketing and product management to take advantage of new product updates and capabilities.

Creating and analyzing reports between various systems such as CRM, Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.

Requirements

10+ years in B2B SaaS sales management experience in B2B SaaS, with a preference toward digital marketing solutions such as SEO and search marketing.

Ability to build compelling sales pitches, presentations and stories for enterprise sales executives to deliver.

Familiarity with MEDDICC and Solution Selling methodologies a plus

Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, or business

Strong analytical reporting skills with an attention to detail.
