The Account Executive sells Axonifys Frontline Enablement platform to enterprise-level clients, penetrating new markets and establishing named accounts while leveraging Axonifys sales methodology. You will manage lead flow (self-generated and inbound), create a buy vision, articulate a compelling value proposition, and navigate complex buying processes. We are expanding our team and seeking Enterprise Account Executives located in

Texas

or

California

to drive growth in those regions. The impact you'll have: Manage opportunities from qualification to close within large, complex enterprise-sized organizations Navigate to decision makers and build business cases illustrating ROI to drive opportunities Identify and address potential red flags in complex buying processes Develop an effective territory strategy for prospecting coverage and pipeline generation Disrupt the status quo by demonstrating a new approach to learning and obtaining support Own the relationship through the entire sales process, coordinating with other resources as needed Use modern sales and marketing tools and social media to connect with target accounts Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution on customer sites or via electronic presentations Collaborate with marketing to build pipeline through targeted outbound strategies Provide guidance to junior sales team members on the Business Development Team Create proposals and quotations for qualified prospects and lead RFP processes Track activities in Salesforce and work with leadership on a sales growth plan Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and networking Manage negotiation and contracts on deals at and above $500,000 Gain deep understanding of the Axonify platform to inform sales efforts Collaborate with internal experts and teams on marketing campaigns and events

What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS software to enterprise clients; experience with eLearning or frontline solutions is a plus Technical solution expertise with strong business acumen, sales and pipeline management Proven ability to persuade, influence, and plan for prospective sales activities Ability to deliver effective presentations and create a strong value proposition Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience prospecting, developing client relationships, and negotiating complex deals Experience managing activities in Salesforce and collaborating on growth plans Territory management experience Flexibility to travel to customer locations within North America up to 25% of the time
