The successful Territory Sales Manager will join an established and growing territory to expand business with customers and optical offices. This exclusive territory is focused on North Dakota, South Dakota and Eastern Montana. The Territory Sales Manager will travel throughout the territory and will be equipped with dynamic tools and technology, including a rep-inspired sales cycling app. We offer interactive training and ongoing professional development. An Ambitious optician An Outside sales professional from eye care or another industry Motivated by the broader mission of the optical industry Eager to sell B2B and consult on profitability Competitive, persistent, and goal oriented A road warrior who enjoys field work A skilled storyteller The Prescription for a Spectacular Sales Consultant: Passion for selling and servicing customers Proven sales achievement; related industry experience may include Cosmetics, Dental Sales, Accessories, Giftware, Medical Devices, Food/Beverage Wholesale, Salon Sales, or Optical industries (Opticians, Practice Managers, Lens or Lab reps, Technicians, etc.) Excellent organization and communication skills Interest in using technology and social media to enhance business results Sense of style and eye for fashion Strong time management and organizational skills Must be able to regularly carry sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs, with car trunk space and lifting Your Success Toolkit Includes: Strong internal support and resources: onboarding, coaching, training, networking, product samples, catalogs, price lists, and account lists Full portfolio including licensed and private label brands Existing business and significant development opportunities in the region; current business transfers to new rep Caring coaches who offer career support Top-notch tech resources and Marketing and Social Media assets designed for your sales role Schedule: Customer appointments typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday Daily travel and possible overnight stays outside typical business hours Base salary plus commission and other incentives based on goal achievement Uncapped income potential tied to growth of your business Wellness focus with company subsidized Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short/Long-Term Disability insurance Comprehensive 401k and participation in Profit-Sharing plan Paid time off, floating holidays, and paid volunteer days Expense management for travel and personal marketing for business growth What Happens Next?
