About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Software Engineer
to join our team focused on
e-procurement and spend management . This role will play a critical part in modernizing a 30+ year-old platform by introducing
AI-driven tooling and solutions , building spend analytics tools, and ensuring smooth workflows from order approval to client delivery. The ideal candidate has strong backend and frontend development skills, cloud expertise, and the ability to leverage AI to optimize systems and workflows. You’ll be hands-on in writing quality code, building integrations, and supporting a scalable ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications supporting e-procurement, order approval, and spend analytics.
Introduce and integrate
AI-powered solutions
to modernize workflows and enhance decision-making.
Build backend services in
C#/.NET
and develop frontend components using
React and TypeScript .
Implement data solutions leveraging
SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and AWS Aurora .
Use
Python
for AI integration, including working with embeddings and vectorized data.
Architect, deploy, and manage infrastructure with
AWS
and
Terraform .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that supports scalability and long-term platform health.
Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience with
AWS
and infrastructure-as-code tools like
Terraform .
Database expertise:
SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and serverless solutions (AWS Aurora) .
Backend development with
C# / .NET .
Frontend development with
React and TypeScript .
Proficiency in
Python
for AI integration.
Understanding of
embeddings and vectorized data
for AI-driven solutions.
Demonstrated ability to leverage
AI as a tool
to improve workflows and product capabilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience modernizing legacy platforms or enterprise applications.
Background in procurement, supply chain, or spend management systems.
Familiarity with MLOps practices or deploying AI models into production environments.
