Scrum Master For Salesforce Implementation Project

ICF seeks a skilled Scrum Master to lead a Salesforce implementation project for the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The project involves deploying a mission-critical application leveraging Salesforce's Public Sector Solutions, integrated with 3rd party systems, and built using Agile methodology. Some remote work is authorized. Must be able to go on-site in Martinsburg, WV when needed. What You Will Do: Guide a cross-functional Agile team in delivering a Salesforce-based SaaS solution. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) to ensure efficient team collaboration and delivery. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and design system features (e.g., workflows, processes). Ensure the project meets DoD and federal government security and compliance standards, supporting efforts to obtain Authorization to Operate (ATO). Remove team impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. Support gate reviews for system and acquisition lifecycle checkpoints, ensuring timely delivery of required documentation. Promote effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align on project objectives and progress. Assist in delivering user training to ensure effective adoption of the new system. Maintain Agile artifacts (e.g., product backlog, sprint backlog) and track progress using tools like Jira or equivalent. What You Will Bring With You: 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams, preferably on Salesforce or SaaS implementation projects. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum Master certification required. Candidate must have a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements. Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S. Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years. What We Would Like You To Bring With You: Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of DoD and federal government security standards and experience supporting ATO processes. Experience working with federal government clients, particularly DHS or DoD. Familiarity with Salesforce, including its general functionality and the use cases it supports. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Prior experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation. Background in data migration projects. Professional Skills: Highly effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished and well-organized written deliverables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of ICF and the client. Organized, detailed, and able to prioritize and multitask. Pay Range: $60,637.00 - $137,203.00 W Virginia Remote Office (WV99)
