IT Cloud Infrastructure Analyst - College Intern

This position will work closely with senior team members to implement predefined processes and assist with the creation of new solutions. Required Skills General interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork and knowledge-sharing General written and verbal communication skills General problem solving and analytical skills Growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks. Understanding of software development lifecycles Agile methodology knowledge for projects planning and execution DEVOPS tools knowledge for software control and deployment automation such as Github, and Jenkins AWS cloud tools and services knowledge such as Cloud Formation. Knowledge of software development (Python preferred) Responsibilities Analyzes, develops, and debugs Cloud Infrastructure Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements Implement unit and integration tests. Develop reusable software building blocks to enable faster delivery Prepare technical documentation, technical manuals and knowledge base articles. Applies appropriate Agile or development methodologies Builds strong working understanding of the solution being delivered Designs, develops, and tests experimental application work to test new ideas with bounded cost and time frames Ensures that applications processes are conducted in line with corporate social responsibility, security, compliance, environmental, and technical policies and applicable standards and legislation NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
