Compensation Analyst
to support a growing HR team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in compensation program design, data analysis, and project management, with exposure to global and executive compensation programs considered a plus. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR partners and business leaders to ensure competitive, effective, and well-communicated compensation programs. Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst will work on a variety of projects including salary structures, incentive planning, long-term incentive programs, and job evaluation initiatives. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic partnership, supporting both local and global HR teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of compensation programs and policies Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters, offering guidance and creative solutions Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation frameworks Participate in global or market-specific compensation surveys, including survey design, data collection, analysis, and reporting Analyze the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing programs and model alternative scenarios Document processes and develop compensation playbooks for reference and training Contribute to annual planning cycles, including salary budgets, merit reviews, incentive payouts, and long-term incentive planning Ensure HRIS systems (Workday, MarketPay, or other platforms) reflect updated compensation data and program changes Support policy development and operationalize compensation programs across the organization Maintain alignment with global compensation philosophy, ensuring consistency and compliance Lead or support large-scale compensation projects such as bonus payouts, merit planning, or job architecture initiatives Qualifications
Minimum 56 years of progressive experience in compensation, HR, or consulting 2+ years managing large compensation projects, including data analysis and implementation Familiarity with MarketPay (Payscale), Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry surveys preferred CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation completed or in-progress is a plus Global compensation experience is desirable but not required Experience partnering with HR stakeholders including HRBPs, Directors, and Managers Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Enthusiastic about staying current with trends in compensation and HR technology Featured Benefits
