We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our growing marketing team as the Manager, Demand Generation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner responsible for optimizing demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, with a primary focus on retaining and growing Trellix’s current client base. This role will accelerate pipeline engagement by leveraging key platforms like Drift and 6sense. As the internal subject matter expert (SME) for these tools, they will collaborate with sales and field marketing leaders to develop and optimize targeted nurture campaigns and other marketing programs. The ultimate goal is to increase website engagement, improve lead qualification, drive scheduled meetings, and accelerate deal velocity within high-value accounts. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on execution and strategic leadership to drive meaningful results. Responsibilities

Drift Website Chat Optimization: Develop and implement product-based Drift playbooks to optimize website engagement, improve lead qualification, and drive scheduled meetings with target ABM accounts. Refine playbooks to increase meetings booked and pipeline generated from Drift. Nurture Email Campaigns by Product: Develop, execute, and optimize automated nurture email campaigns segmented based on product interest and intent aligned to the ABM motion. 6Sense internal SME: Own the usage, guidances, training, and best practices for 6Sense, our third-party data intent platform. Provide recommendations and insights on how to leverage the tool to optimize demand generation activities for ABM programs. Account-Based Marketing Intent Emails: Leverage third-party 6Sense and first-party data for select target accounts to inform and provide insights into account activities and key intent signals. Provide analysis and recommendations for the target account’s account team (CSMs and AEs) based on intent signals on a monthly basis for white-glove accounts. Program Management: Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation programs across diverse channels, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive program and pipeline engagement. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, implement data-driven optimizations, and maximize program ROI. Global Campaigns and ABM Sales Enablement: Partner with account managers, customer success managers, and regional field marketing to ensure consistent campaign briefings. Deliver bi-weekly campaign updates via the Sales What’s Happening newsletter and CS template, including proper tracking links, to ensure program tracking. Qualifications

Proven experience in developing, executing, and optimizing demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Demonstrated proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Drift, and 6Sense. Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing campaign performance, lead conversion, and identifying data-driven optimizations. Experience in collaborating with sales teams to provide sales enablement content and ensure alignment on campaign strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus. This is an individual contributor role. The Base Pay Range is $110,000 – 135,000. Actual base pay within the Base Pay Range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs.
