We are seeking a
hands-on SAP Support Specialist
to join our team and provide critical support for SAP modules in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, ensuring smooth production workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency. As part of our consulting engagement, you will play a
key role in keeping shop floor operations running seamlessly
while helping implement enhancements and best practices in SAP. Key Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot SAP modules (EWM, PP, IM, MM). Provide PP & master data support for line-side replenishment (NJIT functionality). Act as escalation point for SAP floor issues; ensure proper shift handovers. Partner with Enterprise Systems & business users to deliver enhancements. Provide corrective action for production-impacting SAP errors. Log/document all system failures and resolutions. Train end users on SAP best practices and new features. Support SAP testing, upgrades, and deployment of enhancements.
Qualifications
2+ years of SAP support experience in manufacturing/logistics. Strong knowledge of EWM, MM, PP, and SD modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and handheld RF devices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible, shift-based schedules.
