Senior Compensation Analyst
to join its Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about compensation strategy, equity, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze salary data for internal and market competitiveness Support and administer multiple compensation programs, including short-term incentive plans Conduct job evaluations, develop job descriptions, and ensure internal pay equity Advise HR and business partners on compensation matters and job leveling Conduct market research, salary surveys, and benchmark studies Analyze and ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations Lead or assist with compensation surveys, RFIs, and RFPs Maintain accurate compensation data and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field 4+ years of compensation experience; executive and equity comp experience preferred CCP or CEP certification is a plus Strong Excel skills (VBA a plus); proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their compensation career while contributing to strategic people initiatives across the company.
