As our founding Business Development Representative (BDR) in the US, youll help shape our go-to-market playbook from the ground up, working directly with sales and marketing leadership to build and qualify a high-value pipeline. Drive innovation at scale
Youll introduce US customers to the next generation of CAD technology - multi-platform, intuitive, and fast - transforming how professionals design and manufacture physical products. Join at a pivotal moment
With strong growth across both our self-serve and enterprise businesses, youll be joining at a pivotal moment as we expand into new markets and enter a new phase of scale - especially in the US. What youll do
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting for strategic accounts
Engage with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
Research and analyze target companies, mapping key stakeholders and developing personalized campaigns
Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff and strong customer experience
Work with the US marketing team to refine messaging and support localized lead generation
Accurately log all outreach in Salesforce and report on pipeline metrics Hit and exceed qualified new business opportunities that will drive our revenue growth
Leverage top-tier tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
What youll bring
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (ideally in SaaS or tech)
Strong written and verbal communication - clear, confident, and customer-centric
A self-starter mindset. Youre proactive, organized, and can operate with autonomy
Resilience and adaptability - you thrive in fast-changing, high-growth environments
Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (preferably Salesforce) and more
Curiosity about tech, design, and problem-solving
Collaborative, team-first approach
Have experience in CAD, design, or manufacturing industries
Have worked in a high-growth startup or SaaS company
Have experience as an early sales hire
