Product & Fulfillment Specialist
Selectek has an opening for a Product & Fulfillment Specialist in Newnan, GA. Required: Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2 years of experience in a technical role Strong relationship / communication skills both oral and written Mechanical knowledge preferred Working knowledge of 365 and Adobe. CRM, ERP, and Shipping Platforms a plus Organizational / Multitasking skills - Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines Job Details: Work with Sales Support and Outside Sales Teams to configure products to fit customer specifications. Research materials needed for customer projects and design build requirements. Make modifications to in-stock filtration units, to meet build requirements. Provide excellent service and technical support by researching what replacement parts are needed to resolve issues, both mechanical and electrical, for our customers. Manage and maintain our rental fleet of filtration systems. Work with customers and freight carriers to prepare shipping documents for special projects and international shipments. Receive incoming shipments and ensure accurate documentation of all products. Backup to Warehouse Manager when needed: Prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, always adhering to safety standards. Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow. Proactively provide assistance with tasks and projects where there is a need or deficiency that may be outside of your standard duties. Provide a World Class Customer Experience to our external and internal customers, to grow our business and support the local Team. Pay Rate: $25/hour Term: 6-month contract to direct Salary when direct: $52,000 range Pay method when direct: salary Location of job: Newnan, GA Hours & Shift: Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM Work from home/remote: No Overtime: Only when needed Travel: 10-15%, usually for training in Denmark Work Attire: Business Casual Does the client require a background check and drug screen?
