As an Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating site visitors and guests, serving as the point of contact for all front desk activities, and assisting the General Manager with administrative functions. Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and guests in the main lobby. Complete visitor forms, perform Denied Party Screenings (DPS), assign badges, and manage security and access for site entrances. Include badge assignment for new employees, interns, and contractors (badges, nameplates, meet & greets). Assist Contracts Director with creation of NDAs and tracking expiration dates for the site. Assist various departments with document scanning and loading data into SharePoint. Administer users for the EC Tech compliance portal in coordination with Import, Export, Trade Compliance (IETC). Assist Facility/Security Director with badge generation and printing for new employees. Data entry support for multiple departments at the site level. Serve as site POC for Security Company communications, in conjunction with compliance/contract manager and HRM. Coordinate weekend office hours and building availability with Twinsburg Leadership Team. Act as site coordinator for travel issues and follow-up. Update organizational charts, seating chart, and other site-specific documents. Support indirect supply chain with purchase requisition generation in SAP. Manage office supply orders and purchases for the site. Project coordinator for Health and Wellness Fair (biometrics, flu shots, and related topics). Coordinate people events (cards, flower orders, gift packages) sent on behalf of the company. Ensure kitchenette behind lobby area is stocked for meetings. Follow safe work practices and contribute to health, safety, and environmental program and culture. Participate in and support Engage team activities. Other duties as assigned. Some evenings/nights or weekend hours may be required. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels. Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate verbally in a professional manner face-to-face and via telephone. Ability to multitask and manage own time effectively. Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment. Flexible with a can-do, customer-focused attitude. Must be a team player.
