Youll be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing data integration solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and operational needs throughout the organization.**Key Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using ETL/ELT tools and APIs.* Administer and maintain data integration platforms, including Boomi and other enterprise tools.* Ingest and integrate data into Microsoft Fabric utilizing tools such as Azure Data Factory, ensuring alignment with business intelligence and analytics needs.* Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.* Ensure the security and confidentiality of data across all integration points.* Maintain high standards of data quality through validation, cleansing, and governance practices.* Document integration processes, data flows, and technical specifications.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data mapping and transformation.**Qualifications:*** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent professional experience.* 4+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data engineering.* Proficiency with tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar.* Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases.* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehousing concepts.* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.* Experience with API integration and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).**Preferred Qualifications:*** Hands-on experience with Boomi and Microsoft Fabric.* Knowledge of data governance frameworks and ISO standards.* Background in enterprise IT environments and cross-system data synchronization.Learfield offers a full spectrum of benefits for eligible employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance and Other Insurance Plans, Flexible Paid Time Off (minimum 10+ days annually), including Parental Leave, 20 Paid Holidays, 401(k) + Match, and Short/Long Term Disability.
