Supervising that team is a big job, because it requires a diverse range of skills, from analytical thinking and problem solving to self-assuredness and an ability to get along with everyone. Not to mention an almost instinctive desire to enhance the stay of every single guest. We're currently seeking a friendly, thoughtful, and gracious Guest Experience Supervisor for our Front Office at 1 Hotel South Beach. The Guest Experience Supervisor's responsibility is to build and create experiences that are memorable and unique. The Guest Experience Supervisor takes the initiative and delivers a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their entire stay. The Guest Experience Supervisor will be on their feet and moving around, and taking a hands-on approach to work. Our dream candidate intimately understands the dynamics of this role and how it greatly impacts the overall guest experience. Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 3 years experience working in hotel guest services area OR 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality OR 1 year of Forbes five-star rated hotel supervisory experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledgeable of front office operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest engagement. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Able to stand, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Is able to accommodate a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. As a mission-driven company, our purpose is our true north, and our compass guides the way.
