Office Administrator

Job Duties:
Open and sort incoming mail
File documents and maintain organized records
Schedule appointments and confirm customer contact details (email, address, phone)
Confirm appointments and follow up with clients
Take initiative to identify and complete tasks proactively
Support the team with general office duties and jump in where needed
Requirements:
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Excellent attention to detail nothing slips through the cracks
Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in person
Self-starter with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Previous office experience preferred, but not required
Strong clerical and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple screens/windows
CRM experience is a plus, but not required
Location: East Wichita Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $18+/hr, based on experience
