American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and either RCIS or ARRT with a California license. Responsibilities Work in a cardiac catheterization lab specializing in coronary angiograms with PCI, pacemaker placements, and peripheral aortograms Day shifts, 4x10 hours, with start times at 6:45 AM or 8:45 AM Call requirement of 8 to 12 call shifts per month plus one weekend of call per month Patient populations include those requiring coronary and peripheral vascular interventions and device implants Epic charting experience preferred Responsibilities include scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures Return staff or travelers must have at least a one-year break before returning Only one holiday will be approved for time off Candidates must be able to report for lab work within 3-5 days of signing A 50 mile radius rule applies for travel eligibility; locals accepted at a lower rate Modules are completed during orientation via e-learning and may require 1-5 hours All certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross and valid at the time of consideration Requirements
Current CA license required Either RCIS or ARRT certification required Radiology Technologist (California ARRT) preferred Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring procedures Experience in coronary angiograms with PCI, pacemaker placements, and peripheral aortograms Must be able to work call as scheduled Epic EMR experience preferred License required if applicable Benefits
