Overview
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Records Management Specialist to provide technical, management, and documentation support for a large Federal agency initiative. Base pay range is $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Employment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level. Department: Office Support. Responsibilities
Provides technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information services under the supervision of a Records Information Manager May assist in planning and program development, analysis of records or docket management problems, and design of strategies to meet ongoing records or docket management needs Perform specific technical duties as required by the work site, including response to inquiries; collection maintenance and retrieval tasks; metadata review and input; equipment maintenance; and use of automated information systems such as the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS) Qualifications
At Level III, the personnel must have at least three (3) years of records management experience Experience with at least one automated information system is required A college degree is preferred but not required Benefits
