IT Helpdesk Technician – Level 1 Colton, CA | $26/hr | Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm | Onsite, Full-Time Overview: We’re seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician (Level 1) to provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. This role handles troubleshooting, user support, workstation setup, and ticket management, escalating complex problems when needed. Key Responsibilities: Respond to helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails; provide first-level technical support Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic network issues Install/configure software; set up and deploy workstations/hardware Manage user accounts, passwords, and access in Domain/Entra environments Document support activities and follow IT policies/procedures Escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent (IT certifications a plus) Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Familiar with: Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, Entra/Azure, MFA/2FA, and mobile devices (Apple/Samsung) ERP/CRM experience (NetSuite, ticketing systems) a plus Submit your resume for immediate consideration!aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
