This group advises clients within Healthcare & Life Sciences; Energy; Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility; Private Equity; Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Technology; Consumer Products & Retail; Government & Public Sector; and Financial Services sectors. Your Role and Responsibilities
This opportunity is for an experienced Senior Manager in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management applications. This position will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of digital and cloud-based solutions. The Senior Manager will collaborate with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that bring our clients digital vision and strategy to life. Most of your time will be embedded with our clients' teams, providing a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and stay competitive. Your Key Responsibilities Lead evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Partner with EY cross-functional groups to pursue and deliver digital engagements. Deliver solutions that translate clients digital vision and strategy into actionable results. Skills And Attributes For Success
Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for clients that guide their overall business plans. Communicate strategic visions to clients and help socialize the strategy across the organization. Assess client business models and identify new revenue opportunities within brand, market, user, financial, and technology constraints. Collaborate with EY design, architecture, technology and cross-service line teams to deeply integrate business requirements into the user experience. Participate in leading business development opportunities. Contribute to domain expertise, thought leadership, and EY acumen through first-party research. Maintain points of view across Americas Consulting sectors and digital capabilities from 3rd party sources and EY experiences. Partner with client services to help grow key large accounts and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related work experience. 8+ years of experience in at least three of the following areas with a focus on ERP software solutions: solution architecture; SCM software solutions; digital supply chain e-commerce; content management; big data and analytics; cloud technology delivery; knowledge management software; user experience and design; emerging collaborative solutions including content management and enterprise data migration. 5+ years of significant technical and functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, especially in SCM. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Willingness to travel based on client needs. Ideally, degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS; masters degree preferred. Oracle certifications highly preferred. What We Look For
