Senior CRM Specialist

to join our Client Development team. This role is tailored for professionals with a strong background in CRM management within a client services business development function. The successful candidate will apply expertise in CRM systems and best practices to manage and enhance client and company data, supporting marketing, outreach, and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize the organizations CRM and email marketing platforms to ensure reliable, accessible data for client engagement. Maintain high-quality client and company records using industry-standard tools and techniques. Develop and introduce advanced reporting features within the CRM to support strategic client development goals. Manage CRM and email marketing tools, including campaign setup, template design, and email distribution. Provide user support and guidance for CRM and email marketing platforms. Innovate processes to boost client interaction, digital presence, and communication strategies. Continuously assess and improve CRM and email systems to align with organizational objectives. Qualifications:

Direct experience in a CRM-focused role within a client services business or client development team is

essential . In-depth understanding of CRM and email marketing systems, data management, and industry best practices. Demonstrated ability to create and implement CRM reporting solutions. Strong analytical skills and ability to independently drive system enhancements. Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns and email workflows.
