Bilingual Technical BD & Sales Professional

to join our team! Responsibilities

Identify potential new customers within the defined OEM market segment and region, qualify and develop them as necessary to achieve new business sales in line with company strategy. Pro-actively engage with existing customers within the defined OEM market segments and region in all activities both current and potential, with a view to maximize Sales and organic Sales growth Be the Face of the company; lead new development projects by pro-active contact with the prospect or customer, and VPG R&D, Engineering, QA and other associated parties to ensure timely and successful completion of the project. Manage development projects from conception to completion. Negotiate contracts, meet with purchasing, procurement and other key decision makers in order to establish firm and profitable customer relationships. Analyze and report key sales and project management data and forecast future expectations for the region. Education/Experience / Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business / Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics / Electromechanical) Bilingual in Spanish / English 10+ years of experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing, force) to OEMs (Packaging, Robotics, Medical, Machine Builders, Construction, Agriculture etc.). Significant experience in sales of technical products Strong business/finance background and experience Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs Excellent communication and presentation skill Benefits
