Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager / Digital Marketer to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital marketing execution across multiple channels, including SEO, email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve business goals

Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Optimize website performance and conversion rates through SEO and UX best practices

Manage content creation (blogs, landing pages, newsletters, etc.) that aligns with brand and SEO strategies

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and ROI

Oversee social media strategy, engagement, and growth

Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment

Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party tools

Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital platforms

Conduct A/B testing and use data to refine marketing tactics and improve effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital strategy and execution

Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media

Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)

Strong project management and organizational skills

Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

Experience with eCommerce, B2B SaaS, or startup environments

Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Basic HTML/CSS or CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
