Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
You will work closely with marketing, design, content, and development teams to drive growth, build brand awareness, and convert leads into customers across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and paid ads)
Oversee and manage the companys website and ensure content is optimized for SEO and user experience
Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitor performance metrics
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing and conversion tracking
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, and others
Manage and grow the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging, on-brand digital assets
Track KPIs, prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role
Proven experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer funnels
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus
