Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plant operations: production, packaging, cold storage, and logistics.

Ensure customer orders are fulfilled safely, on time, and within budget.

Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Manage inventory, raw materials, and production data accuracy.

Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Lead and develop plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Distribution, Corporate) and regulatory bodies.

Set goals for plant leadership and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.

Strong knowledge of GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Experience with "Ready-to-Eat" and microwavable food manufacturing processes.

Experience with budgeting, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
