Senior Treasury Manager
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Treasury Manager within our Corporate Accounting & Finance division. This position falls under our Global Treasury team and is located in Brentwood, TN.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the Assistant Treasurer on centralizing treasury operations, optimizing liquidity, global cash flow forecasting, and rationalizing bank account structure. The Senior Treasury Manager must be forward-thinking and have the ability to expeditiously identify and execute treasury initiatives. You will report directly to the Assistant Treasurer and regularly collaborate with Global Treasury, Tax, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Product, AP and Accounting teams while maintaining strong partnerships with external corporate banking partners.

The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:
Oversee daily cash flow operations and ensure optimal liquidity to meet financial obligations. Manage short and long-term cash forecasting processes. Optimize working capital through effective cash management strategies. Develop reporting package for the executive team on company's liquidity and key cash management operating metrics. Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires and account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash; Assist with cash repatriation. Prepare and present to senior management weekly company-wide cash flow report. Supporting M&A activity as needed including the integration of banking and operations post-acquisition. Leading RFPs and RFIs as needed for banking services. Monitor current bank fees and short-term yields, negotiate improved terms as warranted. Identify areas of improvement, make recommendations, and implement plans for process improvement. Cultivate new and existing external banking relationships to enhance services and reduce fees. Providing comprehensive reporting to global treasury team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Perform ad hoc treasury projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, masters a plus 8+ years of corporate treasury experience preferably with a publicly traded company 3+ years of managerial experience a plus Background in high volume and complex environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work with all levels of an organization and external partners while driving projects to a timely and successful conclusion Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or willingness to obtain within 18 months Payments Industry expertise a plus Treasury Management System implementation experience is a plus Benefits & Perks
