Summary:

In this role, you will manage all key aspects of the instructional design process, from project scoping and planning through course deployment and evaluation. You will be directly responsible for project-managing the design effort and ensuring that learning programs are delivered on time and with measurable impact. You'll collaborate across functional areas, keeping stakeholders aligned on content, timelines, and outcomes.

As the Sr. Talent Development Administrator, you will craft content for instructor led, virtual, and on-demand training programs while serving as the primary administrator for the organization's Learning Management System (LMS). You'll partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and organizational leaders to create content and programs that are practical, engaging, and aligned with overall banking goals.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design Lead multiple learning design projects with clear timelines and strong stakeholder communication Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to build engaging participant guides, job aids, assessments, role-play scenarios, eLearning, and performance tools Oversee every phase of the design process, plan, develop, pilot, launch, and evaluate Refresh and re-imagine existing curriculum to make it more intuitive, visually appealing, and impactful Design, pilot, and launch new learning experiences using a thoughtful blend of ILT, virtual, and on-demand methods Partner with SMEs to transform technical content into clear, learner-friendly experiences. Initiate train-the-trainer rollouts and program evaluations to ensure solutions stay relevant and effective Deliver training that not only meets compliance standards but equips employees to grow their skills and confidence LMS Administration

Serve as the primary administrator for the organization's LMS, creating and assigning courses, managing compliance tracking, and generating meaningful reports Ensure the learner experience is smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly by maintaining a well-organized course catalog and troubleshooting technical issues quickly Use data and analytics to monitor participation, identify trends, and measure program impact Partner with IT and vendors to keep the LMS optimized and aligned with organizational needs Technology & Tools

Create and maintain the Human Resources learning hubs using Microsoft SharePoint and Teams for easy access to resources Introduce new tools and media, such as interactive video, audio, and simulations to enhance learning and keep content fresh Leverage technology to streamline scheduling, communication, and learner engagement Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners to understand learning needs and respond quickly Represent Talent Development in cross-functional projects and system implementations to ensure training is included from the start Act as a performance consultant, offering strategies and solutions that address skills gaps and support organizational goals Communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations in a clear, solution-oriented way Required Skills & Education

Requirements

Bachelor's degree Experience training, instructional design, or talent development Experience administering an LMS required (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo, Workday Learning) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Creative problem-solver with strong project management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Eye for design and learner experience, with an ability to make complex topics simple and approachable Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field 3+ years in training, instructional design, or talent development Banking or financial services experience Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams Live, WebEx) Who We Are
