The Role We are seeking an experienced

Supplier Enablement Consultant

to support the rollout of Coupa Invoice and Pay modules. This role blends strategic design with hands-on execution, ensuring suppliers are seamlessly onboarded and internal teams are well supported throughout the transition. The successful candidate will collaborate with procurement operations and program leads to translate supplier-specific requirements into scalable enablement strategies while driving day-to-day execution. This individual must be proactive, results-oriented, and capable of setting direction, managing complexity, and delivering measurable adoption outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead execution of a comprehensive supplier enablement strategy for Coupa Invoice and Pay adoption. Define, track, and report on KPIs such as onboarding rates, adoption levels, supplier satisfaction, and issue resolution. Engage directly with suppliers to ensure seamless onboarding, resolving issues quickly and effectively. Partner with stakeholders to address vendor nuances, including accessibility, compliance, and country-specific requirements. Design and deliver clear communications, training, and guidance for both suppliers and internal stakeholders. Establish and manage a structured feedback loop with program teams to continuously improve enablement approaches. Take ownership of onboarding and support activities, ensuring execution is high-quality, consistent, and aligned with project milestones. Qualifications

Proven experience in project/program management within supplier enablement, change management, or large-scale system implementations. Strong knowledge of Coupa (Invoice, Pay, or Procure-to-Pay modules preferred). Ability to operate strategically and tactically, setting direction while executing directly. Experience addressing diverse vendor requirements across geographies, compliance contexts, and business functions. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a track record of resolving issues and driving measurable adoption outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, contingent project environment with accountability for clear deliverables. Duration & Engagement

Contingent assignment aligned with Coupa Invoice and Pay rollout timeline. Estimated 6-12 months, with potential for extension. Will work closely with Procurement Operations, Program teams, and technology partners. Estimated Compensation Range : $85.00 - $110.00 per hour
