Our client, a distinguished financial institution in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a
Change Management Consultant .
JOB SUMMARY:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support design and execution of change management strategies and plans for assigned projects/programs Conduct stakeholder analysis and actively engage and manage stakeholders Determine change readiness and impact of change Build and maintain change and communication plans Develop and execute reinforcement strategies Develop and deliver effective, easy to understand and professional communications, example, Newsletter, emails etc. Create and maintain SharePoint site Measure and report on the change adoption and effectiveness Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into project plans and provide regular updates
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in organizational change management or related field Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Prosci Change Management certification is a plus Proficient with standard business software tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and collaborative mindset Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively

Remote, our client is based in Tukwilla, WA - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Compensation Range : $90 - $125/hour
