Insight Global is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Dayton, OH area. This resource will lead the execution of complex cross functional technical initiatives for a variety of customers. You'll be creating strategic objectives into delivery plans and ensure all alignment across different teams, external and internal. This position requires technical fluency and proven leadership background delivering on large-scale DOD programs. You'll need to have knowledge within software development lifecycles, cloud platforms and infrastructure concepts. You'll be interfacing directly with executive leadership and external clients and providing daily technical standups and user support/escalation meetings!

Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor's Degree in STEM - 8+ years of technical management experience specifically DOD - Understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance - Experience with large-scale technical delivery programs (architecture, development, compliance)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Enterprise IT program delivery - Master's Degree - Certifications like (PMP or Agile/Scrum or ITIL)
