Insight Global is looking for a Manager of Commercial Sales to support a telecommunications client. The Manager, Commercial Sales is responsible for the planning and tactical execution required to meet and exceed sales objectives regarding data, voice, and video services for the clients' communications. Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Director, the Sales Manager is a high-performance sales team leader who builds, coaches and inspires a team in our growth regions while building internal and external relationships and strategies to reach the team's sales performance goals.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000 based on years of experience in addition to commission based on sales performance.

Required Skills & Experience
Five (5) or more years of proven sales experience with complex telecommunication and network services. Two (2) or more years of experience managing sales teams preferred. Experience interfacing with customer contacts and positioning complex solutions to meet customers' business requirements.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in rural markets a plus.
