Job Title: SAP Global Compensation Consultant Industry: Consumer Products / Manufacturing Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: ~$100 Duration: 6 months (likely extension through July 2026) Hours: 40 hours per week Work Location: 100% Remote Background/References: Required Position Overview We are seeking an SAP Global Compensation Analyst to support a large-scale HR technology transformation involving the implementation of Workday and ServiceNow. Compensation currently resides in an SAP On-Premise solution, and this role will play a tactical, hands-on part in preparing data and rules for conversion while collaborating closely with the global compensation and implementation teams. Key Responsibilities
Extract, translate, and prepare SAP On-Prem compensation data for conversion into new systems. Define and configure eligibility rules for compensation programs. Build and maintain block plans to support the global compensation team. Provide tactical support to the implementation team by assisting with data pulls and translations. Partner with HR and compensation stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency during transformation. Must Have Requirements
Strong experience with SAP On-Premise Compensation. Hands-on expertise with compensation structures, pay rate types, and eligibility configuration. Proven ability to extract, translate, and prepare SAP data for system migration. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
