Position Overview We are seeking an exceptional Associate Vice President of Technical Accounting to become a vital member of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial accounting support for various transactions, leading the due diligence process with confidence. Your deep understanding of deal structures will enable you to effectively partner with stakeholders and ensure a comprehensive understanding of complex transactions, all while upholding our core values. Key Responsibilities: Advise on transaction structuring and assist in the preparation of accounting-related due diligence materials. Lead the purchase accounting process while conducting extensive technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Prepare detailed technical accounting memos to support key business conclusions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or public accounting. Proven experience in financial due diligence and SEC reporting, along with knowledge of financial ERP/reporting systems (preferably Hyperion). Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to summarize complex issues effectively for senior management and stakeholders. Demonstrated organizational skills to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project completion.
