excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
45 years
of substantive experience handling
complex commercial litigation
matters in
state and federal courts
Demonstrated ability to conduct and manage
written and document discovery ; research and draft
pleadings ,
motions , and other court
filings ; conduct and defend
depositions ; prepare
witnesses
for testimony; appear for
status conferences ; and argue
motions
Experience participating in
settlement conferences and negotiations , as well as
trial preparation , is
preferred
Proven persuasive legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with partners, clients, and colleagues across offices
Exceptional work ethic, proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in all aspects of
commercial litigation
matters in
state
and
federal courts
Manage discovery , including
drafting and responding
to written discovery and overseeing document production
Research and draft
substantive
motions ,
pleadings , and
briefs
Conduct
and
defend depositions
and
prepare witnesses
for
testimony
Appear in court for
hearings ,
status conferences , and
oral arguments
Participate in
settlement negotiations and conferences
Assist with
trial preparation , including witness outlines, exhibit preparation, and pretrial filings
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute litigation strategy

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of
$290,000-$390,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
Eligibility to earn a discretionary
