Our client is seeking a Technical Sourcer to identify and engage top-tier AI and ML talent. In this role, youll partner with hiring managers to define role needs, build strong pipelines of candidates, and use creative outreach strategies to attract specialists in areas like Perception, Planning, and Behavior. Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Source active and passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, university channels, and social media Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of top-tier AI and ML professionals Initiate contact with candidates and assess fit through early screening conversations Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Lever experience preferred) Support employer branding through outreach and candidate experience touchpoints Stay current with sourcing trends, recruiting tech, and industry updates Report regularly on pipeline health, sourcing metrics, and progress toward hiring goals Qualifications For Success

5+ years of experience sourcing for highly technical roles in AI/ML (e.g. Perception, Planning, Behavior) Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and methodologies, including Boolean search Experience with PhD-level university recruiting and research communities Proven track record of creating effective outreach strategies for niche roles Familiarity with ATS systems like Lever and productivity tools like Google Suite High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications

Experience sourcing in autonomous mobility or robotics Background or education in AI/ML, computer science, or a related technical field Deep understanding of academic hiring cycles and postdoc recruiting Strong written communication skills and candidate relationship-building experience Compensation & Benefits

This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area. Team members are expected to work on-site 3 days per week and remotely the remaining 2 days. Standard schedule is MondayFriday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT. Youll be embedded within a forward-thinking recruiting team, collaborating across departments to hire the engineers, scientists, and researchers powering the next generation of self-driving systems.
