Job Title: Traffic Control Manager
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Overview: Client is seeking a self-starting, hands-on leader to manage and grow our traffic control operations. This role begins with a small team of approximately 4 staff members and is expected to scale the office to support 20-30 field personnel over time. The ideal candidate will bring strong management and leadership experience, with the ability to build systems, lead teams, and drive operational excellence from the ground up.
Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of the traffic control office • Manage and coordinate 3 traffic control teams • Lead billing and estimating processes • Set up and manage 6-8 active projects • Build and scale field operations to support 20-30 personnel • Provide on-site supervision and support in Mesa field operations • Develop and implement systems to support office growth and efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves • 2+ years Prior management or director experience • Experience in operations management, preferably in traffic control or construction • Experience with billing, estimating, and project coordination • Comfortable working in both office and field environments • Experience scaling teams and building operational infrastructure Familiarity with subcontractor management and field logistics
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
