Physical Security Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking Physical Security Specialists across multiple discipline levels to design, implement, and maintain physical security measures that protect SCIFs and ensure compliance with federal standards, including ICD 705. This role requires expertise in access control, intrusion detection, inspections, and SCIF accreditation processes. Key Responsibilities
SCIF Security Design & Compliance
Design, implement, and maintain physical security systems for SCIFs. Certify compliance with ICD 705 standards for construction, accreditation, and management of SCIFs.
Inspections, Audits & Corrective Actions
Conduct inspections and audits to verify SCIF integrity and accreditation. Identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions in coordination with stakeholders.
Training & Accreditation Management
Provide training and briefings on SCIF access procedures, security protocols, and physical standards. Manage compliance documentation to support SCIF accreditation and ongoing reviews.
Collaboration & Risk Mitigation
Work with internal teams, contractors, and federal partners to mitigate risks and ensure operational continuity.

Required Bachelors degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field. 015+ years of experience in physical security, SCIF management, or facility security (multi-discipline levels available). Knowledge of ICD 705 standards, access control, and intrusion detection systems. Experience conducting SCIF inspections, audits, and accreditation. Preferred Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD physical security programs. Security certifications such as SFPC, ISP, or CPP. Why Join JMark?
